Frank Warren’s Serious Changes May Not Fix Moses Itauma

Promoter Frank Warren has stated that heavyweight Moses Itauma needs "serious changes" following his defeat to Filip Hrgovic. While trainer Ben Davison may be replaced, reports suggest that changing corners may not address the 21-year-old's deeper defensive and tactical weaknesses. During the bout, Hrgovic's right hands troubled Itauma from the third round onward, exposing his lack of inside survival craft and poor escape routes.

Itauma struggled to clinch or smother Hrgovic's attacks and instead backed up in straight lines with a high guard.
