The Detroit Tigers and Fifth Third Bancorp have announced that Comerica Park will be renamed Fifth Third Park starting in the 2027 season. The change marks the first naming-rights switch since the stadium opened in downtown Detroit in 2000. The remaining home games of the 2026 season will continue to use the Comerica Park name.
The rebranding follows the February merger between Fifth Third Bancorp and Comerica Incorporated. Detroit plans to update the stadium signage during the offseason, with the new marquee branding set to be installed before the 2027 home opener against the Chicago White Sox on March 25.
