Sharks Announce Goal Song “Farewell Tour”

The San Jose Sharks announced they are moving on from their goal song, "Power Bite" by Bvrnout, following social media backlash. On Monday afternoon, the team shared a graphic publicizing the track's "Farewell Tour," which is expected to run through the preseason before a new song debuts on opening night against the Florida Panthers on October 1.

"Power Bite" was originally unveiled last season to replace "Get Ready for This" by 2 Unlimited, which had served as the team's anthem since 2016. The organization has not yet revealed what new song will take its place for the 2026-27 NHL season.
