Benjamin Sesko is back on the treatment table after suffering a recurrence of a shin injury, and it leaves Michael Carrick with a tactical dilemma at Man Utd.

Manchester United striker Benjamin Sesko is sidelined again following a recurrence of a long-standing shin injury. The 23-year-old forward missed United's recent draw against Fulham and has withdrawn from international duty. Manager Michael Carrick is now faced with tactical adjustments, as Sesko is the squad's only recognized natural center-forward.
Sesko has scored nine goals in 19 appearances under Carrick but previously missed nearly four months after aggravating the injury in May. With Matheus Cunha recently deployed as a false nine and Joshua Zirkzee also among the squad options, Carrick is assessing alternatives for United's forward line.
