Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery has withdrawn from the France national team squad due to a minor injury. New France manager Zinedine Zidane has called up fellow PSG player Maghnes Akliouche to replace him for the upcoming Nations League fixtures.
Zaire-Emery reportedly sustained a minor thigh or adductor injury during PSG's recent victory against Marseille. The injury allows the academy product to rest, while Akliouche receives an opportunity to earn playing time and impress Zidane during the international break.
