Celtic chief executive Michael Nicholson insists the club remain fully supportive of Martin O'Neill despite the veteran manager being under mounting pressure.

Celtic chief executive Michael Nicholson has stated the club remains fully supportive of manager Martin O'Neill despite mounting pressure. The backing follows three consecutive defeats against Ferencvaros and Rangers, including a 1-0 loss to Rangers at Parkhead last Sunday. Following that defeat, the 74-year-old manager indicated he would consider his future during the international break.
Despite recent fan calls for a managerial change, Celtic currently remain top of the Scottish Premiership by two points. The club also published their annual financial accounts, reporting a post-tax loss of £4.8million alongside cash reserves of £66.4million.
