Alvi Dasuyev kept his perfect record intact and punched his ticket to the Ultimate Fighting Championship with a unanimous decision victory over Jaden Ortega on Dana White’s Contender Series.
Alvi Dasuyev earned a UFC contract after defeating Jaden Ortega via unanimous decision on Dana White's Contender Series Season 10 Week 7. The victory preserved Dasuyev's undefeated professional record, advancing him to 10-0. UFC CEO Dana White praised both fighters and awarded contracts to both Dasuyev and Ortega following their three-round bout.
Following the fight, Dasuyev expressed satisfaction with reaching the UFC but stated that jet lag prevented him from achieving a knockout against Ortega. Speaking to interviewer Laura Sanko, Dasuyev claimed he would have finished Ortega if he had felt at full strength.
