Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca will give squad members not participating in international duty the freedom to spend their two-week break as they please. Rather than holding group sessions, Maresca is trusting his players to stay fit ahead of their upcoming Premier League fixture against Liverpool.
Players remaining in Manchester include Phil Foden, Rico Lewis, Matheus Nunes, Allan, and Jeremy Doku. While Doku may conduct recovery work at the City Football Academy following an injury, full team preparations will resume the week prior to the trip to Anfield.
