Tampa Bay Lightning prospect Ethan Czata was ranked fifth in the team's 2026 Top 20 Under 25 rankings. Selected in the second round of the 2025 NHL Draft, the 19-year-old forward is set to play for the Guelph Storm in the 2026-27 season as the club prepares to host the Memorial Cup.
Czata served as captain for the Niagara IceDogs last season, recording 53 points and a career-high 25 goals. He is anticipated to conclude his junior career with Guelph before potentially joining the Syracuse Crunch on an amateur tryout.
