Lively's availability for the start of the regular season remains undetermined, though he is reportedly ramping up toward full basketball clearance.
Lively underwent season-ending surgery in December after being limited to just seven games last season. The 22-year-old center remains eligible for a rookie scale contract extension until October 19, after which he would head toward restricted free agency next summer.
