“I spoke with PSG” – Serie A attacker would have given new look Paris team a very different shape

Atalanta attacker Charles De Ketelaere revealed in an interview with La Derniere Heure that he held talks with Paris Saint-Germain during the summer transfer window. The Belgian forward noted that interest existed from several sides, but Atalanta's reported asking price of approximately €50 million proved to be an obstacle to completing a permanent transfer.

De Ketelaere explained that PSG ultimately decided to sign Ferran Torres instead of him. He added that he remains content at Atalanta, emphasizing the importance of securing regular starting minutes following his previous stint with AC Milan.
