Harvey Barnes and Bruno Guimaraes nominated for Goal of the Month

Newcastle United winger Harvey Barnes and Arsenal midfielder Bruno Guimaraes have both been nominated for September's Premier League Goal of the Month award. Barnes received his nomination for a curling strike during Newcastle's 2-2 draw against Bournemouth at St James' Park, while Guimaraes was nominated for his goal in a 2-0 victory against Sunderland.

The shortlist features eight goals in total, also including strikes from Bryan Mbeumo, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Lewis Dunk, Nicolas Jackson, Emiliano Buendia, and Jay Dasilva. Public voting for the award takes place on the Premier League website and concludes at 12:00 PM BST on Monday, September 28.
