Houston Astros prospect Albert Fermin posted a .487 weighted on-base average (wOBA) during the 2026 season. The mark was comfortably the highest across the entire Astros minor league system, surpassing Xavier Neyens, who recorded a .417 wOBA.
Fermin's .487 wOBA ranked 10th across all of Minor League Baseball among hitters with at least 200 plate appearances. It also outperformed Kevin Alvarez's .433 mark from the 2025 campaign, further highlighting Fermin's offensive breakout.
