Texans Officially Rule Out Five For Week 3, Including WR Nico Collins

The Houston Texans have officially ruled out five players for their Week 3 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. The sidelined players include wide receiver Nico Collins due to a hamstring injury, safety M.J. Stewart with a knee issue, linebacker Jake Hummel with a groin injury, guard Ed Ingram with a groin injury, and edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney with a knee issue.

This marks the second consecutive game Collins will miss after injuring his hamstring in practice ahead of Week 2. According to Aaron Wilson, the 27-year-old receiver suffered a Grade 1 hamstring injury. Through one appearance in 2026, Collins recorded seven receptions for 75 yards and one touchdown.
