Stephen Curry Says He’s Not The Type To Hop From Team To Team

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry addressed his future with the franchise during an interview with CNBC's Alex Sherman, confirming he does not plan to leave for another team. Despite the Warriors' recent struggles and rebuilding phase entering his 18th NBA season, the four-time champion stated that he embraces the challenge of reimagining success in Golden State rather than moving between teams.

Curry was limited to 43 appearances in the 2025-26 season due to runner's knee, while teammate Jimmy Butler suffered a torn ACL in January. Golden State finished 10th in the Western Conference with a 37-45 record, ultimately missing the playoffs following a play-in tournament defeat to the Phoenix Suns.
