With the start of the regular season on the horizon, which Ducks players are under the most pressure?

With one preseason game remaining ahead of the 2026-27 NHL regular season, the Anaheim Ducks have narrowed their active roster to 30 players. Writer Ethan McGarvey initiated an annual subjective pressure ranking for these players, evaluating their individual expectations heading into the upcoming campaign.
Rankings at the bottom of the list include forward Judd Caulfield at 30th and defenseman Travis Mitchell at 29th. Caulfield posted 17 goals and 21 assists in 71 AHL games with the San Diego Gulls during the 2025-26 season, while Mitchell appeared in nine games for the Ducks.
