Itō on the move? (Kicker via BuLiNews) Hiroki Itō’s role at Bayern Munich this season has been limited, to say the least. Per this report from Kicker, the Bavarians are hoping to find a new home for the Japan international…

Bayern Munich is reportedly aiming to sell defender Hiroki Itō during the upcoming January transfer window, according to a report from Kicker. If a permanent transfer is not finalized in the winter, the 27-year-old Japan international is expected to leave next summer, one year prior to the expiration of his contract.
Itō joined Bayern Munich from VfB Stuttgart in 2024 for a reported fee of €23.5 million but has registered only 10 minutes of playing time in one appearance this season following past injuries. Elsewhere, contract negotiations between Italian club Napoli and 35-year-old midfielder Kevin De Bruyne have reportedly stalled.
