Auston Matthews also impressed after recovering from MCL surgery, contributing a goal and three assists over two games. Free-agent signing Jack Roslovic displayed strong offensive chemistry with Matthews, while a healthy Chris Tanev effectively partnered with Jake McCabe on defense.
