Timberwolves’ Drew Timme move should have 76ers watching closely

The Minnesota Timberwolves have brought in forward Drew Timme to compete for one of the team's final roster spots ahead of the new season, according to reporter Michael Scotto. Minnesota also signed former Philadelphia 76ers forward KJ Martin as part of a series of roster adjustments heading into the weekend.

The 76ers are reportedly monitoring center depth across the league behind starter Joel Embiid. After losing Andre Drummond in free agency and trading Johni Broome, Philadelphia has Adem Bona and Ariel Hukporti competing for backup minutes, along with Tacko Fall attending camp on a non-guaranteed deal.
