Logan Webb takes home 2026 Willie Mac Award for the SF Giants

San Francisco Giants pitcher Logan Webb received the 2026 Willie Mac Award during a ceremony prior to Friday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Webb is the first starting pitcher to capture the honor since Madison Bumgarner won it in 2014.

Established in 1980 to honor the late Willie McCovey, the award recognizes the team's most inspirational player both on and off the field. Webb, who was also named the Giants' Roberto Clemente Award nominee, was voted the winner by teammates, coaches, athletic trainers, and fans.
