The Triple-A Rochester Red Wings lost the championship game 5-3 in extra innings against the Los Angeles Dodgers' affiliate in Las Vegas. Rochester held a 2-0 lead through seven scoreless innings before the bullpen surrendered the advantage in the eighth inning. Pitcher Eddy Yean was charged with a blown save, while Clayton Beeter took the loss.

Rochester generated its regulation runs through a home run by Liover Peguero and a run-scoring hit by Leandro Pineda. Pitchers Jack Cebert and Jarlin Susana each delivered 2.0 scoreless frames to start the game, followed by scoreless innings from Joe Glassey, Max Kranick, and Erick Mejia.
