Tyson Fury Targets Cruiserweight ‘Who Would Beat Him’

Tyson Fury stated he is willing to fight cruiserweight champion David Benavidez as a potential replacement opponent for Anthony Joshua. Fury placed the chances of an encounter with Joshua at only one percent, reporting that alternative opponents are currently under consideration.

Fury asserted that Benavidez would be four to five times harder to fight than Joshua, claiming Benavidez would stop Joshua within three rounds. Benavidez recently moved up to the cruiserweight division, where he captured two world titles by stopping Gilberto Ramirez in six rounds.
