Chicago Bulls may have just found the answer to their shooting woes with Buddy Hield trade

The Chicago Bulls acquired veteran guard Buddy Hield and cash considerations from the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for young guard Rob Dillingham. Chicago adds the experienced shooter to a revamped roster ahead of preseason play under first-year head coach Tiago Splitter.

Hield, who turns 34 in December and holds a career 39.5 percent three-point shooting mark, is expected to provide bench scoring on an expiring contract. The trade follows offseason additions including veterans Nic Claxton and Norman Powell, alongside draft pick Caleb Wilson.
