Man United and the Portugal team have been in talks regarding the injury problems of Bruno Fernandes and a joint decision has been taken.

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes will remain with the Portugal national team for their upcoming Nations League fixtures despite ongoing fitness concerns. United officials contacted Portugal's medical staff after national team coach Jorge Jesus revealed the 32-year-old midfielder had been playing through an injury sustained in a Champions League match against Sabah FK.
Fernandes missed Portugal's win against Norway, but his condition is reportedly not severe. If properly managed, the midfielder is expected to be available for Manchester United manager Michael Carrick ahead of their upcoming match against Tottenham Hotspur.
