Nuno Espírito Santo has marked his one-year anniversary as West Ham United manager after originally taking charge on September 27, 2025. Following relegation from the Premier League last season, West Ham endured a difficult start to their Championship campaign by collecting only two points from their first three fixtures against Burnley, Watford, and Charlton.
The club subsequently improved in September, securing 13 points from an unbeaten five-match sequence while scoring 18 goals. That run included victories against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Derby County, Bolton Wanderers, and a 6-0 win over Wrexham, followed by a 2-2 draw with Millwall.
