Matias Orozco Reacts to Making Colombia Debut Aged 18

Brighton midfielder Matias Orozco made his senior international debut for Colombia at age 18, appearing as a 71st-minute substitute in a 1-1 friendly draw against Mexico in Baltimore. The midfielder joined Brighton during the summer transfer window before heading straight out on loan to Spanish second-tier club Castellon.

Orozco earned his international call-up following impressive form in Spain, which included scoring in Castellon's 5-0 victory over Tenerife. Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler sanctioned the loan spell to provide regular first-team football, and Orozco is expected to rejoin Castellon's promotion campaign following international duty.
