Joey Veerman is quickly becoming a midfield metronome for Netherlands

The Netherlands secured a 2-1 victory over Serbia in the UEFA Nations League in Belgrade, earning manager Xavi his first win since taking charge. Midfielder Joey Veerman played a central role in orchestrating the Dutch team's performance throughout the match, which featured a second-half winning goal scored by Mexx Meerdink.
