Bavarian Loan Works: Arijon Ibrahimović scores on international duty

Bayern Munich loanee Arijon Ibrahimović, currently on loan at FC Augsburg, scored for Germany's U-21 national team in a 4-0 UEFA qualifying win over Latvia. Ibrahimović entered the match in Riga as a 59th-minute substitute before scoring Germany's fourth goal in the 76th minute.

Elsewhere among Bayern's loanees, Karlsruher SC's Deniz Ofli played the full 90 minutes in his debut for Türkiye U-21 during a 2-2 draw with Ukraine. In women's football, goalkeeper Anna Wellmann recorded four saves to secure a clean sheet in SD Eibar's 1-0 victory over Sevilla.
