The summer signing was a big money arrival at Tottenham and has had his critics in the Premier League and internationally in recent weeks

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro Tonali has dismissed fitness concerns and addressed his slow start to the season following his permanent £92.5 million transfer from Newcastle United. Speaking while on international duty with Italy, the 26-year-old confirmed he is now 100 percent fit after overcoming a summer injury issue under manager Roberto De Zerbi.
Tottenham currently sit bottom of the Premier League after five matches and were eliminated from the Carabao Cup by Liverpool. Tonali expressed confidence that results will improve quickly, noting that the team is creating chances despite early struggles, while stating that external scrutiny and his potential £100 million fee do not bother him.
