Ibrox News highlights that a proposed player-plus-cash swap deal involving Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin and Bologna's Lewis Ferguson may be a realistic prospect. Journalist Roger Hannah suggested on Clyde 1 Superscoreboard that Rangers could potentially receive Ferguson alongside a cash sum in exchange for Raskin, pointing to the Belgian's younger age, international pedigree, and high resale value.
Raskin entered the penultimate year of his contract at Ibrox after drawing summer interest from Besiktas, which was rejected by Andrew Cavenagh.
