Things have been going badly enough for Celtic on the pitch lately, but another graph connected to the club has been heading in the same…

Celtic plc has seen nearly £77 million wiped off its stock-market value as ordinary share prices fell from a peak of 256p in June to 175p by late September. The decline reduced the market valuation of Celtic's ordinary shares from approximately £243.4 million to roughly £166.5 million. Patrick Sinat highlights that while the slide began during the summer before the Scottish Premiership kicked off, subsequent sporting setbacks exacerbated the drop.
The decline included a 5.8% single-session fall following Celtic's Champions League play-off collapse against LASK in August. Further domestic and European struggles under manager Martin O'Neill, combined with recent financial accounts showing revenue dropping from £143.6 million to £111 million, have mirrored the persistent downturn across the club's wider valuation.
