The Denver Broncos have plenty of talent at wide receiver under head coach Sean Payton. But having so many good options might actually turn one of their top players into trade bait.
ESPN analyst Ben Solak suggested that the Los Angeles Rams could target Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton in a potential trade. Solak proposed the move following Denver's Week 3 victory over Los Angeles, noting that the Rams still require a reliable pass catcher capable of handling a significant offensive workload.
The proposal comes as Denver expands roles for receivers Jaylen Waddle, Pat Bryant, and Troy Franklin around quarterback Bo Nix. Sutton previously recorded back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons in 2024 and 2025, but the Broncos' receiver depth could make him a trade candidate under head coach Sean Payton.
