UFC 334 has a new middleweight matchup after Baisangur Susurkaev withdrew from his bout against fellow undefeated prospect Donte Johnson.
Cesar Almeida has reportedly agreed to replace Baisangur Susurkaev to fight undefeated middleweight Donte Johnson at UFC 334. The event is scheduled to take place on November 14 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Susurkaev, who holds a 12-0 professional record, withdrew from the contest for undisclosed reasons.
Almeida brings a 7-3 record into the fight following a knockout loss to Damian Pinas in July. In contrast, Johnson enters the matchup undefeated at 9-0, including a 3-0 record inside the UFC following a recent stoppage victory over Eric McConico at UFC 330.
