Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Chema Andres stated that he would one day like to return to Real Madrid, though he is not currently thinking about a move. Speaking to Cope while on international duty with Spain's under-21 squad, the former Castilla player kept the door open for a future return following his recent transfer from Stuttgart.
The Real Champs writer Hridyam Arora argues that Chema demonstrated maturity with his comments and would have been an ideal midfield signing for Real Madrid after they missed out on Rodri. Arora highlights Chema's strong start in England and praises his defensive stability and ability to dictate tempo from deep positions.
