Fulham boss Alvaro Arbeloa has been charged over his claims that the officials did not want Manchester United to lose against the Cottagers

The Football Association has charged Fulham manager Alvaro Arbeloa with misconduct following comments made after a match against Manchester United on September 20. The FA alleged that Arbeloa acted improperly by making post-match remarks that implied bias or questioned the integrity of match officials. He has been given until Thursday, October 1, to provide a formal response.
Arbeloa voiced frustration following an 89th-minute equalizer by Matheus Cunha for Michael Carrick's Manchester United side at Craven Cottage. The Fulham boss claimed officials favored United after a controversial Erling Haaland goal in the previous Manchester derby, specifically protesting a foul given against Cesar Palacios on Harry Maguire shortly before Cunha scored.
