The Foxes could benefit from Manchester City financial charges

Leicester City could receive around £19m in redistributed Premier League merit payments following Manchester City being found guilty by an independent commission. The commission ruled that Manchester City artificially inflated revenues and reduced costs by over £900m between 2009 and 2018, though sanctions have not yet been determined and an appeal is expected.
Data specialists OLBG estimate Manchester City could be forced to pay more than £527m in prize money to domestic rivals. Potential penalties for Manchester City include stripped titles, relegation, points deductions, transfer bans, or major financial fines.
