Flyers Willing to Trade Two Forwards to Land $69 Million Star

The Philadelphia Flyers are reportedly interested in acquiring Detroit Red Wings star Dylan Larkin and would be willing to trade forwards Alex Bump and Noah Cates alongside a first-round draft pick. General manager Daniel Briere was previously prepared to offer that trade package to the Columbus Blue Jackets for Kirill Marchenko, who ultimately joined the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Landing Larkin poses challenges, as the forward holds a no-trade clause on his $69 million contract and the Flyers are not currently on his eight-team list. However, Philadelphia possesses over $12 million in projected salary cap space to absorb Larkin's deal if Briere can convince him to approve a trade.
