D'Angelo Russell is heading to China after spending 11 seasons in the NBA.

Former NBA guard D'Angelo Russell is reportedly signing with the Shanghai Sharks in the Chinese Basketball Association after 11 seasons in the NBA. According to journalist Zhang Duo, the 2019 All-Star is moving overseas following his release from the Memphis Grizzlies, sparking widespread reactions from basketball fans across social media.
Russell was waived by the Grizzlies after being acquired in a six-team trade in July. Last season, he appeared in 26 games for the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 10.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 4.0 assists before making his exit from the league.
