Cam Ward has had a rough start to his sophomore season, and a small subsection of fans are apparently making things even worse. The Tennessee Titans quarterback spoke with reporters after practice on Wednesday.
Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward addressed reporters on Wednesday regarding alleged threats made against his family by fans. Ward brushed off the hostility, remarking that "people are weird" and noting that his family understands the pressures that come with his NFL career.
The response followed a social media statement by Ward's sister, Chantel, who revealed after Tennessee's Week 3 loss that the family had faced hate, personal attacks, and threats. The 2025 No. 1 overall pick has faced intense scrutiny amid a difficult 0-3 start to the 2026 season.
