Barcelona have informed the French international's camp that they are open to a permanent sale either in January or later in 2027.
According to reports cited by Deepungsu Pandit, Kounde is keen on a move to Chelsea under manager Xabi Alonso, while Liverpool and Bayern Munich are also monitoring his situation. Pandit argues that Kounde's versatility across the backline would offer Manchester United an upgrade and strong competition at right-back.
