The Story in 60 Seconds

Celtic supporter Kevin Hill was reunited with his stolen Ian Wright Celtic jersey after a 25-year globetrotting prank by his childhood friend Kris Robertson. The jersey, originally taken during a 2001 Edinburgh housewarming party as revenge for an email prank, traveled to famous worldwide landmarks including the London Eye, Venice, Barcelona, and Rio de Janeiro, with strangers posing for photos sent to Kevin.

Robertson finally revealed the prank at Hill's wedding reception, presenting a photobook compiling the jersey's journey. Robertson also admitted that the original shirt was lost by travelers around 2013, requiring him to handcraft an identical replacement to finish the long-running gag.
