In the first part of Record Sport's three-day exclusive, Dembele looks back at his Hoops career 10 years on from signing

Former Celtic striker Moussa Dembele has reflected on his time in Glasgow 10 years after signing, pinpointing a stoppage-time Champions League qualifying penalty against FC Astana as the true catalyst for his Hoops career. While widely recognized for his hat-trick in a 5-1 victory over Rangers, Dembele noted that taking the crucial penalty after Leigh Griffiths handed him the ball provided the breakthrough confidence he needed.
Dembele joined Celtic from Fulham in 2016 under Brendan Rodgers, scoring 26 goals across 55 appearances before eventually departing for Lyon. Reflecting on Celtic's historic undefeated Treble season, Dembele described his successful two-year spell at Parkhead as a dream come true and one of the finest moments of his professional career.
