Tottenham Hotspur have suggested that 17-year-old midfielder Luca Williams-Barnett could soon see first-team action after including him in the club's official 2026-27 squad photograph. Williams-Barnett was the only academy player featured in the photo, alongside forward Richarlison, who was included despite missing Tottenham's 25-man Premier League squad list.
Williams-Barnett has made only one Premier League 2 appearance this season, having also featured in an August Carabao Cup match against Charlton. Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi recently stated he rates the teenager highly and intends to introduce him at the right moment.
