Tomori and Loftus-Cheek have reportedly been made available to Tottenham, with Milan open to loan or permanent moves before January.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly been offered the opportunity to sign AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori and midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek ahead of the January transfer window. According to reports cited from CaughtOffside and TEAMtalk, Milan are open to considering either loan or permanent departures for both players as they reshape their squad. Spurs have not submitted an official offer, and talks remain purely exploratory.
Both former Chelsea players have struggled for consistent playing time in Italy and are reportedly approaching the final months of their contracts with no renewals underway. Several other English clubs, including Newcastle United, Everton, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, Sunderland, and Fulham, have also reportedly been contacted regarding the duo's availability.
