Watford remain on the hunt for a free agent midfielder as their latest injury news highlights that importance.

Watford midfielder Edoardo Bove is set to remain sidelined until the November international break due to a knee injury. The 24-year-old suffered a ligament sprain during Watford's 1-0 defeat at West Brom on September 5, leaving manager Alessio Dionisi short of options as the club sits 20th in the Championship table.
With Bove unavailable for at least another month, Watford are actively exploring the free-agent market to sign another central midfielder. The club has already signed free agents Krepin Diatta and Michail Antonio to bolster their squad following an inconsistent start to the campaign.
