Swansea City not signing a right-back in the summer transfer window is coming back to haunt them following the injury to Josh Key.

The72's Euan Walsh argues that Swansea City should regret failing to sign a backup right-back during the summer transfer window following an injury to Josh Key. The 26-year-old defender suffered a hamstring injury against Burnley and is expected to be sidelined for several weeks, leaving manager Vitor Matos with limited specialist options at the position.
Natural centre-back Filip Lissah filled in effectively at right-back during Swansea's victory over Lincoln City, and Walsh suggests the 21-year-old can provide capable temporary cover. Key had established strong form this season, helping Championship-leading Swansea maintain three clean sheets before his injury.
