By: Isak Möller Ruben Amorim has urged the AC Milan fans and the media to shift focus from the starting eleven, instead acknowledging the power of substitutions. One of the main talking points week in and week out since Amorim…

Manager Amorim has urged fans to look beyond his starting lineups and recognize the value of squad depth from the bench. Speaking in an interview with Sky Italia Insider, he explained that match preparation requires planning for what is needed during the second half, highlighting how his substitutions have consistently made a positive impact across the team's opening five games.
Amorim emphasized that playing matches every two days makes it impossible to rely on the exact same starting eleven every time. Pointing to impactful substitute performances in matches against Lazio and Venezia, including the introduction of Diego Moreira, he reiterated that all squad members must remain ready to contribute.
