Former Ipswich Town defender and academy coach Chris Casement has started a new job with Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah, having left the Blues last week.
Former Ipswich Town defender and academy coach Chris Casement has joined Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah as an individual development coach. The 38-year-old confirmed the move on LinkedIn after departing Ipswich Town last week, where he will work under head coach Brendan Rodgers.
Casement initially came through the youth ranks at Portman Road, making 14 senior appearances for the Blues between 2004 and 2009. He returned in 2021, serving as loans manager and coaching several youth squads including the Under-16, Under-18, and Under-21 sides.
