Johnny Walker made a successful move to the heavyweight division at UFC 332, securing a knockout victory over Mick Parkin. After moving up from light heavyweight, Walker utilized a Thai clinch before landing a decisive knee that broke through Parkin's defenses and sent him limp to the canvas.
Walker had previously been scheduled to make his heavyweight debut in August against Ante Delija before Delija withdrew from the bout. Following the victory, Walker stated that fighting at heavyweight allows him to compete without dehydrating his brain or losing muscle mass through extreme weight cuts.
