West Ham target Marcel Regula makes senior Poland breakthrough

Reported West Ham target Marcel Reguła made his senior debut for Poland on Friday, featuring in a 6-0 Nations League victory over Romania. The 19-year-old Zagłębie Lubin player came on as a 71st-minute substitute for Sebastian Szymański in Warsaw and almost scored in stoppage time.

Reguła's energetic cameo saw him draw a foul, initiate a counterattack, and connect with Robert Lewandowski. While reports continue to link West Ham and Cologne with a potential January transfer, his international debut does not indicate any formal progress toward a deal.
